Notes from the November monthly Intergroup meeting held on November 17.
Special Events Chair
Alex P. stepped up and is the new Special Events Chair. And not a moment too soon—people are seeking events now that the holidays are here. Watch for news of upcoming gatherings in-person or online.
In-Person Meeting Directories
Belle, EBI Office Administrator, announced that 531 in-person meeting directories had been sold as of the November meeting. The directories are available for 50 cents each at the EBI Bookstore. Updated directories will be available soon.
Other Bookstore Stats
Belle also reported that since September, the Bookstore sold 224 Big Books, 773 medallions and 560 pamphlets.
October Financials
Group Contributions – Intergroup took in $5,458 in 7th tradition contributions for October. (Please note that “Anonymous Individual” should be listed as “Anonymous Individuals”. )
Profit & Loss – The net revenue for October is -6,362.94, due to legal fees in the amount of 6,983.20. This is a one-time, unusual expense.

As always, groups are encouraged to elect and send an Intergroup Rep (IGR) to the monthly meetings. Individuals are welcome to attend, but only elected IGRs may vote.

The A.A. Hotline receives an average of 600 calls a month. If you would like to volunteer for a shift on the Hotline, contact Hotline Chair Ipeleng at phonechair@eastbayaa.org
