The holidays can be a difficult time for many reasons—here are some tips to make it through the holidays sober (and perhaps serene).

1. Marathon meetings and Fellowship events. Many Fellowships hold special round-the-clock marathon meetings and potlucks. Check the announcements section of the EBI (East Bay Intergroup) website or contact the Rockridge Fellowship for holiday events being held there.

2. Start a new tradition. Bake some cookies—even if you’ve never done it before...
