Notes from the April 20th monthly Intergroup meeting.
New Board Member
Vivian O. was unanimously elected as the 6th and final Board Member, as Member at Large. Vivian is a lawyer with extensive non-profit experience, and has years of service experience in the program. She joins Board President Kellie D., Treasurer Tim C., Office Coordinator Walter W., and Members at Large James R. and Claudia G.
March Financials
Group Contributions March – Intergroup took in $9,176.35 in 7th tradition contributions for March, substantially more than February contributions of $2,032.51.
The average per month YTD is $7236. The average monthly contribution for 2021 was $5171.
Profit and Loss March – The net profit for March was $7,085, compared to $-2996 for February and $2285 for January, averaging $2124 YTD.
Board Promises More Complete Financial Reports
Walter W., EBI Board of Directors member, responded to questions about the Board’s responsibility to the EBI business meeting. He assured Group Representatives that the board will give regular reports to the business meeting with more complete financial information.

As always, groups are encouraged to elect and send an Intergroup Rep (IGR) to the monthly meetings. Individuals are welcome to attend, but only elected IGRs may vote.

The Beginners’ Meeting is always looking for A.A. members to share their experience, strength, and hope with our newest members. You can chair the meeting or just come meet people and maybe make yourself available as a sponsor. Tuesday evenings at 7 o’clock.
