H&I Area 53 is launching a new Inside Visiting Sponsorship Service pilot program. Our goal is to match members confined at medium to long-term rehab facilities who are looking for sponsors with outside AA volunteers looking to serve as sponsors. To understand the vital need, ask yourself the question, “Would I be sober today without the help of a sponsor?” Please join us in this new effort by making announcements at meetings, distributing flyers, and considering being IVSS sponsor yourself. Details, requirements, and contact info are in the chat box/on the announcement board.
